Welcome to the Year 6 Transition page. We are delighted that you have chosen Axe Valley Academy and are working hard to ensure your child has the best possible start to their time with us.

It is important you make your application by visiting:

or by contacting them on 0345 155 1019 to request a hard copy application form.
It is important that if you wish to apply for a place at our school, you complete the application form by midnight on the 31st October 2026.

Dates TBC June 2027 - Primary School Visits
Dates TBC June 2027 – Small Schools Day
Additional day, usually for those schools sending 3 students or less.
Dates TBC June/July 2027 – Transition Evening
For ALL students and parents.
Dates TBC June/July 2027 – Main Transition Day
